Ripple is seeking a Senior Staff, Developer Relations to grow the XRPL developer ecosystem. You will lead engagement strategies, develop content, and drive adoption of tokenization and institutional DeFi use cases with financial institutions and startups.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing teams and represent Ripple at industry events, while guiding a global developer relations program and ensuring responsible blockchain adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven track record in developer relations or technical product roles.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and market structure.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience building developer ecosystems and education programs.
• Public speaking at conferences and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead developer engagement strategies for XRPL-based solutions.
• Create technical content and demonstrations for tokenization and DeFi.
• Organize events, workshops, and hackathons showcasing XRPL capabilities.
• Provide hands-on support to accelerate integration for financial firms.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
