Responsibilities

• Lead developer engagement strategies for XRPL-based financial solutions and tokenization platforms.
• Implement and measure metrics for developer success aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to scalable frameworks that accelerate developer adoption.
• Organize and lead developer events, workshops, and hackathons.
• Create technical content including tokenization guides and payment integration tutorials.
• Speak at conferences and meetups about XRPL use cases and products.
• Provide hands-on technical support to accelerate integration for financial companies and startups.
• Support evaluation and due diligence for Ecosystem Growth Programs.
• Implement and monitor adoption mechanisms and reporting structures.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering, Communications, and Marketing teams.
