Ripple is hiring a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to expand the XRPL ecosystem and accelerate adoption of Ripple’s crypto solutions. You will build a community of startups, founders, VCs, accelerators, and corporates, shaping partnerships and product direction with autonomy within a global team.

You’ll operate in a strategic, hands-on role focused on cross-border payments, stablecoins, FX, and related use cases, with opportunities in emerging markets including Latin America.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or venture capital across enterprise fintech, financial services, payments, or treasury technology.

Responsibilities

• Source and build the XRPL ecosystem with high-quality pipeline across VCs, accelerators, corporates, and partners.
• Own a portfolio of tier-one relationships to drive introductions and market direction.
• Map end-to-end value chains to accelerate real-world adoption across focus pillars.
• Design deal terms and milestones that drive adoption and profitability for Ripple.
