Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Senior Staff, Developer Relations to advance the XRPL ecosystem. You will lead engagement with developers, institutions, and governments, shaping adoption of tokenization, DeFi, and institutional payment infrastructure.

You will deliver technical content, run events and workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product feedback and adoption strategies across global partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven track record in developer relations, developer experience, or technical product roles.
• Experience growing developer ecosystems and engaging with technical communities.
• Ability to design education programs and content that drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead developer engagement strategies for XRPL-based financial solutions and tokenization platforms.
• Create and measure metrics for developer success aligned with business objectives.
• Organize developer events, workshops, and hackathons that showcase XRPL capabilities.
• Create technical content including tokenization guides, payment integration tutorials, and code demos.
