Ripple seeks a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to grow the XRPL ecosystem and accelerate real-world adoption of Ripple’s crypto solutions. The role centers on building startups and founders networks, engaging VCs, accelerators, and corporates, and shaping market strategy across cross-border payments, stablecoins, and institutional use cases.

You’ll own end-to-end deals, define partnerships, and influence product roadmaps while operating with autonomy in a globally distributed team.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or venture capital across enterprise fintech, financial services, payments, or treasury technology
• Track record of building opportunities from ambiguous, zero-to-one starting points without an existing playbook
• Strong network across fintech, payments, and crypto with relationships at operator, founder, and fund levels

Responsabilidades

• Source and build a high-quality pipeline through warm, vetted channels across VCs, accelerators, corporates, and strategic partners
• Own a portfolio of tier-one relationships that keeps XRPL top of mind and shapes market direction
• Map end-to-end value chains across focus pillars to identify participants, dependencies, and gaps
• Connect founders, investors, and partners to unlock growth
• Own deals end to end from first conversation to signed grant, partnership, or investment
• Design deal terms and milestones aligning incentives and driving adoption
• Quarterback each deal to signature and hand off into delivery
• Sharpen Ripple’s value proposition and market signals to influence product direction and leadership
