Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Senior Staff, Developer Relations to grow the XRPL developer ecosystem from our NY base. You will lead engagement strategies, measure developer success, and drive adoption through events, content, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

You will work across fintech and institutional clients, delivering technical guidance, code demos, and best practices while representing Ripple at conferences and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in developer relations, developer experience, or technical product roles.
• Strong understanding of institutional finance and DeFi concepts.
• Ability to translate complex tech to varied audiences.
• Experience building developer communities or ecosystems.
• Public speaking and content creation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead developer engagement strategies for XRPL-based solutions.
• Define and measure developer success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to scalable frameworks for developer adoption.
• Organize developer events, workshops, and hackathons.
• Create technical content including guides and demos.
• Speak at conferences and meetups about XRPL use cases.
• Provide hands-on technical support to accelerate integration.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
