Ripple is hiring a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to grow the XRPL ecosystem and accelerate real-world adoption of Ripple’s crypto solutions. You’ll focus on startups and founders, collaborating with VCs, accelerators, and corporates to shape market strategy and partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in BD/partnerships, a strong crypto/work financial services background, and a proven track record of zero-to-one opportunity creation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or venture capital across fintech, financial services, payments, or treasury technology.
• Strong network across fintech, payments, and crypto with founder, operator, and fund contacts.
• Experience building commercial opportunities from ambiguous, zero-to-one starting points.

Responsibilities

• Source and build the ecosystem with a high-quality pipeline across VCs, accelerators, corporates, and strategic partners.
• Own end-to-end deals from initial conversation to signed grant, partnership, or investment, with structured terms to drive adoption.
• Shape market strategy by aligning product priorities and influencing RippleX leadership and partners.
