Job summary

Ripple Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff, Developer Relations to help developers discover, onboard, and scale financial applications on the XRP Ledger.

You will support institutions, startups, and governments while shaping developer experience and contributing to XRPL's growth and responsible deployment. You will lead engagement strategies, create technical content, and represent XRPL at conferences, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive adoption and feedback

Qualifications

• 5+ years in developer relations or related roles.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience growing developer ecosystems and engagement programs.
• Willingness to travel worldwide for meetings and events.
• Knowledge of financial technology, blockchain, or XRPL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead developer engagement strategies for XRPL-based financial solutions and tokenization platforms.
• Define and track metrics for developer success aligned with business goals.
• Develop scalable frameworks to accelerate adoption across audiences.
• Organize events, workshops, and hackathons showcasing XRPL capabilities.
• Create technical content including guides, tutorials, and demos.
• Speak at conferences and meetups about XRPL use cases and roadmap.
• Provide hands-on technical support to accelerate integration.
• Support ecosystem programs like Grants and Accelerator initiatives.
• Monitor adoption and report traction to leadership.
• Help recruit and develop the global developer relations team.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering, Communications, and Marketing.
• Advocate for developer needs and translate feedback into insights.
• Promote regulatory compliance and security best practices for institutions.
• Collect feedback to inform product roadmaps and act as a liaison between developers and Ripple teams.
