Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development or partnerships across fintech or crypto.
• Strong network within fintech, payments, and crypto ecosystems.
• Proven track record turning ambiguous opportunities into deals.
• Understanding of XRP Ledger and related crypto concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and build the XRPL ecosystem through VCs, accelerators, and corporate partners.
• Negotiate and close deals, grants, partnerships, or investments.
• Shape strategy and market signals to guide product and GTM decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, BD, Corp Dev, DevRel, and Go‑to‑Market teams.
