Chime is seeking a senior analytics leader to own the paid marketing measurement and drive budgeting decisions based on data-driven insights. You will oversee attribution, MMM, CAC, and LTV:CAC, collaborating with Marketing, Growth, Finance, and Data teams.

The role requires 10+ years in analytics with deep marketing expertise, strong SQL/Python, and a track record influencing executive decisions. You will mentor others and shape the analytics culture at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of analytics or data science with marketing focus.
• Track record of setting measurement strategy across multiple teams.
• Deep expertise in marketing measurement: attribution, incrementality, MMM, CAC and LTV:CAC.
• Expert-level experimentation and causal inference skills.
• Strong SQL and data modeling in large data warehouses (Snowflake).
• Advanced Python for analysis.
• Experience using Marketing Mix Model outputs to guide budget decisions at scale.
• Experience bringing AI tools into analytics work.

Aufgaben

• Own the paid performance story; track spend and results weekly.
• Measure new-member offers and their value.
• Define experiment design and readouts for sign-ups.
• Improve attribution rules and partner with Data Engineering.
• Translate Marketing Mix Model outputs into budget guidance across channels.
• Help plan future work by estimating impact of new ideas.
• Leverage AI to speed up analysis and build reusable tools.
• Mentor senior data scientists and set quality standards.
