Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing engine across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with marketing leadership to surface insights, propose recommendations, and stay with the work through decisions informed by data.

As a senior contributor embedded with Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, and Analytics, you will build measurement foundations, own attribution models, and deliver end-to-end analytics that drive pipeline and user growth on the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a closely related data function.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads, or equivalent).
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics: lead and MQL lifecycle, multi-touch attribution.

Responsabilités

• Define metrics and reporting foundations for marketing to schools and districts.
• Own the B2B attribution model in Marketo Measure and ensure reliable data flow with Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Develop leading-indicator reporting to signal pipeline health early.
• Measure registration and acquisition performance across channels and campaigns.
• Partner with Growth Marketing on media mix and forecasting.
