Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to drive delivery of Sales Performance Management solutions across the Salesforce Maps, Sales Programs, and Enterprise Territory Management portfolio. You will own end-to-end delivery, guide discovery, design scalable configurations, and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role focuses on complex commission plans, territory models, and enablement dashboards, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering SaaS solutions in customer-facing implementations or consulting.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to map complex systems and perform Excel modeling.
• Excellent organization and project management with multi-workstream leadership.
• Proven ability to consult with customers and build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand scope and complexity of customer requirements across territory management, planning, incentive compensation, and program enablement.
• Design and build scalable solutions across the SPM suite with ownership of commission plans and related architecture.
• Configure incentive compensation in Spiff with real-time statements and accurate earnings visibility.
• Develop territory plans in Sales Planning and models in Enterprise Territory Management to align coverage with strategy.
• Deliver seller enablement programs, dashboards, and enablement activities tied to revenue outcomes.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices to raise delivery quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and product teams; support pre-sales activities when needed.
• Maintain target billable utilization and manage delivery workstreams end to end.
