Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead delivery of Sales Performance Management across the portfolio, including Sales Planning, Maps, Programs, Spiff, and Territory Management. You will own end-to-end delivery, from discovery to design, ensuring scalable, accurate outcomes for customers.

As a senior team member, you will mentor junior consultants, guide discovery sessions, and collaborate with Solution Architects and product teams to optimize implementations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience implementing, configuring, or consulting on Sales Performance Management, Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), sales planning, or related solutions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS solutions in a customer-facing implementation or consulting capacity.
• Highly analytical thinker with the ability to map complex systems and strong logic/Excel modeling.
• Solid understanding of data concepts and data flow in a sales performance solution.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand scope, breadth, and complexity across territory management, planning, incentive compensation, and program enablement.
• Design and build scalable SPM solutions with ownership of commission plans, statements, and supporting architecture.
• Configure incentive compensation including tiered structures and real-time statements for accurate earnings visibility.
• Build capacity, quota, and territory plans and design territory models to support forecasting.
• Implement Maps for geographic visualization and territory planning scenarios.
• Deliver seller enablement with programs, dashboards, and performance linking to revenue outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions and identify gaps.
• Serve as primary delivery contact for workstreams and manage regular reviews of calculations and results.
• Lead delivery workstreams end-to-end and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Champion best practices and reusable assets, collaborating with Architects and Product teams.
