Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to deliver Sales Performance Management solutions for customers across the US and Canada. You will lead discovery, design, and end-to-end delivery, mentor junior consultants, and ensure solutions scale with customer growth.

You’ll work with Spiff, Salesforce Maps, Sales Programs, and Enterprise Territory Management, translating business requirements into well-architected configurations while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience implementing, configuring, or consulting on Sales Performance Management.
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions in a customer-facing implementation or consulting capacity.
• Highly analytical thinker with the ability to map complex systems and strong Excel modeling.
• Solid understanding of data concepts and how data flows through a sales performance solution.
• Proven ability to consult with customers, recommend best practices, and build stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent organization and project management skills across multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex calculations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel regionally in the US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand scope, breadth, and complexity of customer requirements across territory management, planning, incentive compensation, and program enablement.
• Design, configure, and deliver scalable SPM solutions across the portfolio with hands-on ownership of commission plans and related architecture.
• Configure incentive compensation in Spiff with tiered structures and real-time statements.
• Build capacity, quota, and territory plans in Sales Planning and design territory models in Enterprise Territory Management.
• Implement Salesforce Maps for geographic visualization and territory planning scenarios.
• Deliver guided seller enablement with Sales Programs and dashboards that connect enablement to revenue outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions and identify gaps between current and desired end states.
• Serve as the customer’s primary delivery contact for workstreams and ensure calculations are correct.
