Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of Sales Performance Management solutions, including commission design, territory planning, and enablement programs. This role collaborates with Solution Architects and Product teams to deliver scalable, accurate outcomes for customers.

You will mentor junior staff, guide discovery, and ensure delivery on time and within scope, with travel as needed across US/Canada.

Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering Sales Performance Management or Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) projects.
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions in customer-facing implementations.
• Strong analytical thinking and Excel modeling skills.
• Solid data concepts, data modeling, and data flow in sales tools.
• Proven ability to consult with customers and manage stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regionally in US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand scope, breadth, and complexity of customer requirements across territory management, planning, incentive compensation, and program enablement.
• Design and build scalable SPM solutions across the portfolio with ownership of commission plans and statements.
• Configure incentive compensation in Spiff with real-time statements and the Commission Estimator.
• Build capacity, quota, and territory plans in Sales Planning and Enterprise Territory Management.
• Deliver seller enablement with Sales Programs and program dashboards that tie to revenue outcomes.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute reusable assets and best practices.
