Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of Sales Performance Management solutions for customers across territory management, planning, incentive programs and enablement.

This hands-on role mentors peers, owns delivery workstreams, designs scalable commission models, and partners with Solution Architects to ensure accurate results and client success on the Salesforce platform; travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience implementing, configuring, or consulting on Sales Performance Management.
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions in a customer-facing implementation or consulting capacity.
• Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills.
• Based in the US or Canada and willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand scope across territory management, planning, incentive compensation, and program enablement.
• Design and build scalable solutions across the SPM suite with ownership of commission plans and reporting.
• Configure incentive compensation, including tiered structures and real-time statements.
• Build territory models and forecasting support within Sales Planning and Enterprise Territory Management.
• Implement Maps for geographic visualization and territory planning scenarios.
• Deliver seller enablement with Sales Programs, coaching, and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions and identify gaps.
• Serve as primary delivery contact for workstreams and ensure on-time progress.
• Lead delivery workstreams end-to-end and mentor junior consultants.
