Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join the Specialized Services delivery team. You will own end-to-end delivery of Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions, configuring incentive compensation in Spiff and working across Maps, Sales Programs, Sales Planning, and Enterprise Territory Management.

You will mentor junior consultants and lead delivery workstreams across multiple implementations.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience implementing or consulting on Sales Performance Management.
Experience delivering SaaS solutions in a customer-facing role.
Strong analytical thinking and data modeling skills.
Ability to consult with customers and manage stakeholder relationships.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Based in the US or Canada with willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery to understand customer requirements across territory, planning, and incentives.
Design, build, and deliver scalable SPM solutions across the suite.
Configure incentive compensation in Spiff with real-time statements.
Mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality delivery across workstreams.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and product teams to support implementations.
