Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of Sales Performance Management solutions within the Professional Services team. You will own discovery, design, configuration, and delivery across SPM modules such as Maps, Sales Programs, Planning, Spiff, and ETM, mentoring others and coordinating with architects and product teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years implementing or consulting on Sales Performance Management or ICM.
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions in customer-facing roles.
• Strong analytical skills and mid-to-advanced Excel modeling.
• Solid data concepts and data flow understanding in sales tech.
• Proven ability to consult, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive results.
• Excellent organization and project leadership across multiple implementations.
• Strong verbal/written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work with diverse teams.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience will be evaluated.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to define scope, breadth, and complexity of customer needs.
• Design and build scalable SPM solutions with the Salesforce platform.
• Configure incentive compensation and commission structures for transparency.
• Develop territory, capacity, quota, and model designs to support forecasting.
• Implement Maps for geographic visualization and territory planning scenarios.
• Deliver enablement programs and dashboards linked to revenue outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Serve as primary delivery contact, review calculations, and validate results.
