Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead delivery of Sales Performance Management solutions across planning, territory, and compensation. Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience implementing, configuring, or consulting on Sales Performance Management or related sales tech solutions.
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions in a customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills.
• Understanding of data concepts and data flow in sales performance solutions.
• Ability to consult with customers and build stakeholder relationships.
• Experience leading concurrent delivery workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in the US or Canada and willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand scope and complexity of customer requirements across territory management and compensation.
• Design, build, and deliver scalable SPM solutions across the portfolio (Maps, Programs, Planning, Territory Management, Spiff).
• Configure incentive compensation with real-time statements and tiered structures to ensure transparent earnings.
• Develop capacity, quota, and territory plans and align territory models to strategy.
• Implement Maps for geographic visualization and territory planning scenarios.
• Provide seller enablement with programs, dashboards, and activation of sales plays.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions and identify gaps.
• Serve as primary delivery contact, coordinating across workstreams and ensuring accuracy of calculations.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and product teams; assist with pre-sales activities when needed.
