Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex Sales Performance Management engagements. You will translate business strategy into scalable, well-architected solutions, guiding discovery, design workshops, and executive communications.

Based in the US or Canada, travel regionally as needed to deliver projects with a hands-on, billable focus. You will collaborate with Senior Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and product teams to ensure

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience implementing, designing, or consulting on Sales Performance Management or related sales technology solutions.
Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain including compensation, planning, territory, and enablement.
Ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience modeling complex incentive and planning logic, in formulas/Excel and in the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

Partner with customer stakeholders to define the SPM solution vision, roadmap, deliverables, and expectations.
Lead discovery and solution design workshops, and document end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
Own the functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM suite, including mapping, planning, and territory management; guide integration with other systems.
