Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years implementing or designing SPM or related sales tech.
• Deep expertise across compensation, planning, territory, enablement.
• Translate strategy into well-architected solutions with analytics.
• Model complex incentive and planning logic in platforms and Excel.
• Strong data concepts and collaboration with architects.
• Executive-level communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to scope work and support pre-sales qualification.
• Mentor junior team members and drive design standards.
• Based in US or Canada and able to travel regionally.
• Degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SPM solution design across the Salesforce platform.
• Own functional design across SPM suite including Maps and Planning.
• Conduct discovery and design workshops and document architecture.
• Translate requirements into a well-architected solution with integration points.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and POC development as needed.
• Mentor peers and enforce design standards across engagements.
