Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end SPM engagements. You will translate complex sales performance requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions across the Salesforce platform and related tools.

You will own discovery, design workshops, and the functional architecture, collaborate with technical architects, and guide project teams to deliver on time and within scope while maintaining quality and alignment with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on SPM or related sales tech solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Excellent executive-level oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and define the SPM solution vision, roadmap, deliverables, and expectations.
• Lead discovery and solution design workshops and architect the end-to-end functional solution across the SPM suite.
• Translate sales performance strategy into a well-architected solution leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Own the functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM suite (Maps, Planning, Spiff, Programs, Territory Management).
• Advise customers on operating models, adoption, and best practices; support pre-sales activities and proposals.
