Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design end-to-end Sales Performance Management solutions across Salesforce Maps, Spiff, and related tools. You will lead discovery, own the functional architecture, and guide the build and pre-sales efforts with prospects.

Based in the US or Canada, travel regionally as needed. You will mentor teammates and ensure scalable, accurate solutions that align with compensation, planning, territory and enablement, leveraging AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Performance Management or related sales tech.
• Deep expertise in compensation, planning, territory, and enablement.
• Ability to translate business strategy into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Strong analytical and business process design skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops across the SPM portfolio.
• Own the functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM suite.
• Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce-based solutions.
• Mentor team members and guide best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities like discovery and POC development.
• Collaborate with product teams to align with integrations.
