Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Sales Performance Management engagements. You’ll translate strategy into scalable, well-architected solutions across the SPM portfolio and guide teams to successful delivery.

This is a hands-on, billable role reporting to Specialized Services, requiring 8+ years of experience and strong communication and mentoring skills. Based in the US or Canada with regional travel potential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Performance Management, ICM, planning, or related sales tech solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across SPM including compensation, planning, territory and enablement.
• Ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SPM solution design across Salesforce portfolio.
• Architect and document the functional solution, including compensation plans and territory models.
• Partner with technical architects to align designs with integrations and data.
