Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end SPM engagements across Sales Programs, Spiff, Maps, Planning, and Territory Management. You will translate a customer’s performance strategy into scalable, well-architected solutions, guide discovery, and own the functional design in a hands-on, billable role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing, designing, or consulting on Sales Performance Management or related sales technology solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain (compensation, planning, territory, enablement).
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions with strong analytical and process design skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders to understand objectives and define the SPM solution vision, roadmap, and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops; architect end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
• Translate requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM suite including maps, planning, programs, and territory management.
• Apply AI-powered SPM capabilities to accelerate delivery and value realization.
• Define solution blueprint, best practices, and design standards; oversee scope and quality.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects to align design with integrations and data.
