Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead patient care and guide a team in a community-focused inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Role involves mentoring staff, supervising therapy assistants, and delivering personalized, evidence-based treatment for speech and communication disorders. Licensure, CCC certification, CPR compliance, and 2+ years of SLP experience are required.

Competenze

• Current state licensure in Speech Therapy.
• CCC Certification required.
• CPR (BLS) certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; master's/doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years of speech language pathology experience.
• Active Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications are a plus.
