Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead and deliver compassionate, patient-centered speech therapy services. You will guide a team, mentor colleagues, and oversee speech-language pathology assistants within a supportive inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The role requires SLP licensure, CCC certification, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a minimum of two years of experience.

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certifications.
