Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead our SLP team and guide patients through communication challenges. You will mentor colleagues, supervise therapists and assistants, and contribute to in-service education while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting.

Competenze

• Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA CCC Certification is required.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; Master's/Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years of speech-language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certifications.
