Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel in Florida seeks a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead our SLP team and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. The role emphasizes overseeing clinical care, mentoring staff, and collaborating across departments to support recovery and communication outcomes.

The position requires current state licensure, CCC certification, CPR/BLS eligibility within 30 days, and a minimum of two years of SLP experience.

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certifications.
