Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead our inpatient team, guiding patients through speech and communication recovery with compassionate, expert care.

You'll mentor staff, oversee therapy services, and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to drive outcomes. A state license, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and 2+ years of experience are required; masters or doctorate preferred.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (ASHA).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum two years speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications when eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships to aid recovery.
• Mentor and train staff and collaborate with other departments.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Support in-services education and student programs.
• Celebrate patient victories and drive measurable outcomes.
