Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead patient-centered speech therapy and oversee a team of clinicians in a collaborative inpatient setting in Florida.

This role requires state licensure, CCC certification, CPR, and a minimum of two years of SLP experience. You will mentor staff, supervise assistants, and participate in program development and education initiatives while delivering compassionate care.

Formación

• Current state licensure in Speech Therapy.
• CCC Certification (ASHA-CCC) completed.
• BLS/CPR required or within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum two years of speech-language pathology experience.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's or Doctorate preferred.

• Provide direct care to patients and build therapeutic relationships.
• Lead in-service education and student programs.
• Mentor and train colleagues and other departments.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants.
