Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel in Florida invites you to join a Senior Speech Language Pathologist role that combines clinical leadership with compassionate patient care. You will guide patients through speech and communication challenges, lead a team, and use advanced therapy techniques in a collaborative inpatient setting.

Formación

• Current state licensure in Speech Therapy is required.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management.
• Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships by understanding each patient's needs to aid in their recovery.
• Lead and mentor team members, including coordinating with other departments.
• Provide in-service education for staff and supervise SLP students.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the rehabilitation journey.

Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or related field
