Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead patient care and guide a multidisciplinary team in a hospital-based rehabilitation setting.

The role requires CCC, state licensure, and a minimum of two years of SLP experience, with opportunities for mentorship, education, and professional growth in a nationally recognized rehabilitation company.

Formación

• Current licensure in Speech Therapy as required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (Certification of Clinical Competence) required or in process.
• CPR/BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum two years of speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications when eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding patient relationships.
• Assist with speech-language in-service education and student programs.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress throughout rehabilitation.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management

Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
