Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel in Florida is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead patient care and mentor the SLP team. You’ll guide treatment plans, support education programs, and collaborate across disciplines in a culture that values empathy, integrity, and patient-centered outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold CCC, active state licensure, and a minimum of two years of experience; a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.

Formación

• Current licensure in Speech Therapy as required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) is required.
• CPR/BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years of speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships to aid recovery.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and supervise staff across departments.
• Delegate and supervise SLP assistants and technicians.
• Support in-service education and our student program for speech pathology.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the journey.
