Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead a team and guide patients through speech and communication recovery.

The role emphasizes mentoring, staff education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a hospital setting. A CCC, state licensure, and CPR are required, with opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; Master's or Doctorate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships to aid in recovery.
• Assist with speech language in-service education and our SLP student program.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
