Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead patient care and mentor a clinical team within our inpatient setting.

The role emphasizes advanced clinical leadership, CCC credential, state licensure, and a minimum of two years’ experience, with opportunities for ongoing education and career growth.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management. Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients and build trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Support in-service education and our speech language pathology student program.
• Mentor and train colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
