Formación

• Current licensure required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (ASHA) completed.
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or relevant certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships to aid recovery.
• Lead and mentor team; support staff and departments as needed.
• Oversee speech therapy assistants and technicians in daily tasks.
• Participate in in-service education and student programs.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes.
