Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, share clinical knowledge of Amgen products, and navigate payer dynamics. This role reports to the District Manager and drives branded messaging and program execution to achieve territory sales targets.

The position offers flexible work models, including remote/hybrid arrangements where possible, and emphasizes ethics, teamwork, and patient focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR associate degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare fields

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver on marketing strategy and promote Amgen products through planned programs and education.
• Develop territory plans with the District Manager and manage accounts with assigned portfolio.
• Offer feedback on marketing strategy and analyze sales activities and territory performance.
• Build relationships with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
• Demonstrate passion for products and the Amgen brand throughout the sales cycle.
