Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to be the main contact for medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate payer environments. The role includes delivering clinical knowledge, leading sales programs, and achieving territory targets through in-person and virtual engagement.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s or equivalent with sales experience; additional clinical or healthcare experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with sales experience
• Experience and/or pre-graduate sales training preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals
• Lead branded sales programs and engage in in-person and virtual activities to drive sales
• Develop territory plans with the District Manager and manage accounts effectively
• Support marketing strategy feedback and analyze sales activities for improvement
