Amgen in the United States is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products, and help navigate the payer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent sales experience
• 4 years of sales experience for Associate’s degree route
• 8 years of sales experience for high school diploma route
• Preferred: pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience and knowledge of payer environment

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals
• Drive territory sales by delivering branded messages and programs
• Develop relationships to service accounts and manage discussions based on customer needs
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Promote Amgen products and sustain brand integrity throughout the sales cycle
