Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to serve medical professionals with clinical knowledge of our products and help them navigate the payer environment.

You will implement our marketing strategy, promote Amgen products, develop relationships with accounts, and lead programs to achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with sales experience; different qualification paths accepted.
• Preferred to have life sciences or business background with healthcare exposure.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Promote products and implement the marketing strategy under the District Manager.
• Develop account relationships, discuss payer access, and address reimbursement needs.
• Deliver on territory plans and exceed sales targets through both in-person and virtual engagements.
• Share feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance.
