Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate payer environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals and effectively communicate clinical benefits
• Deliver branded sales messages and promote products through programs and educational initiatives
• Develop relationships to service accounts and discuss access, reimbursement issues, and product contracts
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and help develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Demonstrate passion for products and maintain brand focus throughout the sales cycle
