CenterWell Pharmacy seeks a Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive – Specialty to drive specialty drug prescriptions by engaging physician offices across the Asheville, NC region and surrounding territory. The role emphasizes geographic analysis, relationship-building with staff, and education on Specialty Pharmacy options to improve patient outcomes and center-wide revenue.

The position reports to the Market Director and requires field presence five days a week within territory, with occasional

Qualifications

• Professional experience working in a sales environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, SharePoint, Teams and ability to resolve general technical issues within a remote environment.
• Must be comfortable with being in the field 5 days/week within territory lines, and occasional overnight travel as needed.
• Must live within the defined sales territory or willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Attendance at offsite team meetings, which could require flights and overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory that includes CenterWell, a Humana-owned brand offering Primary Care, Home Health, and Pharmacy services.
• Build relationships with front and back-office staff by conducting sales calls within the territory.
• Provide staff education and information on options for patient use of Specialty Pharmacy medications.
• Become a knowledgeable resource regarding specialty pharmacy medications and Humana pharmacy benefit.
