Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive - Specialty to drive growth across Fort Collins, Denver, and Pueblo. You will engage physician offices to route prescriptions to Humana Pharmacy for fulfillment and educate clinic staff on Specialty Pharmacy options and Humana benefits.

You will travel within the territory, build strong relationships with front and back-office teams, and act as the specialty pharmacy expert, delivering education and strategic insights to improve

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to build and maintain relationships with front/back-office staff.
• Experience analyzing sales data and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory including CenterWell and Humana portfolio.
• Build relationships with front- and back-office staff via calls/visits within territory.
• Provide staff education on Specialty Pharmacy options and Humana benefits.
• Become a knowledgeable resource on specialty medications and benefits.
