CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive – Specialty-Oncology to drive orders and revenue by engaging with physician offices and routing patients’ specialty drug prescriptions to CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy for fulfillment.

The role requires in-field activity 5 days a week within the defined territory, with potential overnight travel and a focus on maximizing prescriptions and revenue across the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, dynamic personality able to work in a team.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with partnering business segments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within territory, including overnight travel as needed.
• Resident within defined sales territory or willing to relocate at own expense.

Responsabilités

• Manage a sales territory that includes CenterWell and Humana brand services.
• Build relationships with front and back‑office staff via sales calls in the territory.
• Provide staff education and information on options for patient use of Specialty Pharmacy medications.
• Become a knowledgeable resource on specialty pharmacy medications and Humana benefits.
