Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive to drive specialty prescriptions through targeted geographic analysis and physician outreach in the Sarasota-Naples territory. You will report to the Market Director of Pharmacy Sales and work with front-office to back-office teams to grow orders and revenue.

The role requires in-field presence five days a week, occasional overnight travel, and relocation within territory if needed.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in a sales environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams; able to troubleshoot basic issues remotely.
• Comfortable in-field work 5 days/week within territory and occasional overnight travel.
• Live within the defined sales territory or be willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Attend offsite team meetings, which may include flights and overnight travel.
• Preferred: previous metrics-based sales success.
• Ability to analyze sales data & market trends for decision making.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tool.
• Bachelor's degree required; Specialty Pharmacy or Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory including CenterWell and Humana health services.
• Build relationships with front and back-office staff via territory sales calls.
• Provide staff education and information on options for Specialty Pharmacy medications.
• Become a knowledgeable resource on specialty medications and Humana pharmacy benefits.
