Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive – Specialty to drive specialty drug prescriptions through targeted geographic outreach. You will engage physician offices to influence decision makers, routing patients to CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy for fulfillment and increasing prescriptions and revenue.

The role requires in-field work five days per week within the territory, occasional overnight travel, and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in a sales environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Teams; able to resolve basic technical issues remotely.
• Willingness to be in the field 5 days/week within territory with occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory including CenterWell offerings across Primary Care, Home Health and Pharmacy services.
• Build relationships with front- and back-office staff through regular sales calls within the territory.
• Educate staff on options for patient use of Specialty Pharmacy medications and Humana benefits.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource on specialty pharmacy medications and Humana pharmacy benefits.
