Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead the specialty client support and network contracting activities. You will translate complex concepts into strategic recommendations for clients and cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, PBM operations, regulatory requirements, and proven project management with mentorship capabilities to drive scalable solutions that improve access and cost outcomes.

Qualifications

• PharmD or PharmD-equivalent required.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in home state.
• 4+ years licensed pharmacist experience.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring staff.
• PBM or Managed Care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Translate complex specialty concepts into actionable client recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Advise on initiatives supporting lowest-net-cost and member access.
• Oversee client support processes and service standards.
• Lead escalation resolutions with internal teams.
• Manage initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Develop scalable workflows and regulatory-compliant processes.
• Ensure ongoing management of specialty contracts.
