Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Occupancy Sr. Planner in Santa Monica, onsite. You will provide space planning, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of metrics for high-profile clients.

You will review space requirements, create block plans, and produce presentations for steering committees with PM staff as needed. You will gather client requirements, validate occupancy data, and forecast space planning trends while collaborating with Change Management and other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED or Facilities Management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and ability to handle complex space planning data.
• Advanced math skills for percentages and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to real estate team and stakeholders.
• Create block or stack plans, charters, and move lists.
• Produce complex drawings and presentations for internal and client meetings.
• Collaborate with team members on move sequencing and execution.
• Maintain occupancy data and prepare forecasts on space planning trends.
