Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Occupancy Planner to deliver space planning, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of space planning metrics for a small to mid-size client.

This role supports Moves, Additions and Changes and collaborates with architectural vendors and PM teams to ensure compliance and execution. The candidate will review space requirements, create block plans, produce drawings, and present to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to real estate team or stakeholders.
• Assist with creating block or stack plans and move lists.
• Produce drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders and client meetings.
• Enter and maintain occupancy data in the system of record.
• Prepare forecasts and evaluate space planning trends.
